Nick Dygert is PI of the Earth and Planetary Materials Group, Larry and Dawn Taylor Associate Professor of Planetary Geosciences at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and Director of the University of Tennessee NASA Space Grant Consortium. Nick was trained as an experimental petrologist, but has broad expertise in field studies, experimental rock deformation, and numerical modeling.
When Nick isn’t working, he likes hanging out with his family, running, gardening, and exploring the many wild spaces in and around Knoxville and the wider world.
